I help researchers plus students make sense of Web of Science.com, and I help them use it better, or at least not feel lost. I kind of enjoy walking people through finding credible journals, going through scholarly papers, and figuring out how to search more effectively, without wasting time. My main aim is to make the whole research process feel easier, a bit more orderly, and generally more manageable for everyone involved.
